Like many Small to Medium Sized businesses, we were victims to the mis-selling of a banking product called an "Interest Rate Swap". This was extremely worrying for us and cost us in payments to the bank over £200,000.00, which we could ill afford and meant that many of our development plans for our hotel business had to be put on hold. Despite this very great added pressure on our finances we survived the recession and with the help and support of Mr. William Fox-Bregman and the team at Ellis Jones we felt empowered to sue the Bank.
